We will help you calculate your cost if you are interested in a benefit cycle. The monthly cost is about half of a regular monthly card for public transport. The agreement runs for 36 months and is paid through gross salary deductions, which means that the actual cost will be 20-50% lower than if you were to buy Pedal in the trade. The exact actual cost depends on your tax rate and the accessories you choose.

What does it cost me as an employer?

There are no extra costs for you as an employer to offer Vässla Pedal to your employees.

What happens after the contract period?

The employee can either buy out the bike at market price, switch to another model or simply choose to end the benefit at no extra cost.

Why should you offer your employees preferential bicycles?

It is a very appreciated benefit among employees. It contributes to better health and increased productivity! It is also free of charge for the employer.

Is it a lot of admin?

No, hardly any actually. We solve most of them together with our leasing partner. So you can focus on yours.

What is a benefit cycle?

A benefit cycle is exactly what it sounds like. A benefit that the employer can provide to its employees. The employee pays tax on the benefit, and the employer deducts employer contributions. The benefits cycle is paid through so-called gross salary deductions, which means that the money is deducted from the salary before it is paid out. The actual cost for the employee will be SEK 400-600/month (depends on tax rate). For half a bus card, you thus get access to a premium electric bike that costs more than SEK 30,000 in the trade.

What will it cost me?

It depends on your salary level and marginal tax. The payment is made by the employer making a gross deduction from salary. The actual cost for the employee will be SEK 300-500/month (depends on tax rate). For half a bus pass, you thus get access to a premium electric bicycle that costs more than SEK 30,000 in the trade.

How does warranty and insurance work?

Your bike is covered by a warranty throughout the rental period. Theft insurance goes through your home insurance. Check which conditions apply to you with your insurance company.
