Here's how to save (important!) time with a Vässla.
How much time do you spend commuting and how does it affect you?
Commuting is boring. Boring but necessary. Researchers have even shown that long commutes can be directly harmful. Erika Sandow, a cultural geographer at Umeå University, and Kristoffer Mattisson, a PhD in public health science at the Department of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at Lund University, have both researched the area. They conclude that long commutes take important time away from other things and often have social consequences.
Many commuters find it difficult to balance their life puzzle, are less socially active, and have a higher risk of stress and sleep difficulties. Both boring and in some cases harmful, then. Nothing new under the sun there perhaps, and of course there are more sensible things to spend your time on. So what do you do?
We have taken a closer look at the journey from Nacka to Hötorget. A route that takes 15 minutes with a Vässla 2 compared to SL which takes a full 45 minutes.
You with a Vässla save on average a work week per year thanks to faster and smoother commuting. With a Vässla you avoid traffic jams, stress, crowded buses, platforms, and subway cars. You gain time, important time (!), that you can spend on more fun and healthier things.
So, what do you do with your newly gained hours? Gym? Spend time with family? Netflix? Cruise around and discover the city with your Vässla? The possibilities are endless!
